Arrange a private consultation to discuss your ideas, preferred diamond specifications, and budget. Explore available samples and setting styles in person, so you can better understand the design, proportions, and overall look you love.

Based on your preferred design, diamond specifications, and budget, we’ll prepare a personalised quotation outlining the proposed design, materials, and total price.

04Confirm & Source Your Diamond

Once you approve the quotation and pay the agreed 50% deposit, we’ll begin sourcing a suitable lab-grown diamond and arranging the materials for your piece, in accordance with the agreed specifications.

05Design & Craft

Once the diamond and design details are confirmed, we’ll arrange the jewellery design and production process. Your piece will be crafted according to the agreed specifications, with attention to every detail.

06Review Your Finished Piece

Once your jewellery is complete, we’ll share photos and videos for you to review. We’ll confirm that the piece is ready for dispatch and clarify any agreed final checks before shipment.

We'll arrange a collection appointment for you to inspect your finished piece in person. Once you're happy with the jewellery, the remaining 50% balance is payable upon collection.

How much is the deposit?

A 50% deposit of the agreed total price is required after the quotation and order terms have been approved. The remaining balance is payable at collection.
